In the historic town of Sencelles on the Spanish island of Mallorca, nine townhouses are being developed. Each home offers 135–150 m² of usable floor area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private garden, a private swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space. The homes are designed to passive and circular principles, with a timber-frame structure that is unique to Mallorca. Read more about the project.
