We own around ten German heritage properties. The focus is on preserving their cultural and historical value, without any direct profit motive.
Plaque commemorating the construction of the bridge
Dr. Bienemann, client and architect Pohlmann, and the mayor of Dömitz came together for the presentation of a reproduction of a commemorative plaque for the construction of the bridge. The original plaque was built in 1875. Today, it is on display in the Domitz Fortress Museum.

Investment projects in Germany
Dömitzerbahn Bridge: Located in the municipality of Elbtalaue is the Dömitzer railway bridge, built in 1875. Originally, the bridge, with a length of 985 meters across the Elbe, was the longest railway bridge in Germany. Today, the bridge is no longer in use and serves only as a monument. 550 meters of the bridge remain. It has been renovated in collaboration with the municipality of Elbtalaue and made accessible to the public. A visitor center will be built in 2026.
