Riverview is a new office building with a surface area of approximately 5,536 m² GFA and 120 parking spaces. The building is being designed based on circularity principles. Architectural elements will be designed in detail so that they can be disconnected, and a large proportion of the materials used will be renewable. We are creating a building that is ready for the circular future, unique to Arnhem and close to the city center and central station. Read more about the project.
